Get Involved--It's easy!
Getting involved can be as simple as signing a petition against SODA/SOAP restrictions or sharing what you have learned with your friends and community.
It you choose to take a more active role there are many programs that seek volunteers to work with at risk youth, prisoners and post-prisoners to help each of these groups find the resources they need to be successful in our community. And remember that offering guidance and support has the potential to change lives.
- Be aware of relevant petitions and initiatives
- Write a letter to your legislature
- Write a letter to media sources expressing your concern
